A1 Premium Auto Detailing is a mobile detailing business in Hendersonville, Tennessee. This page explains what we collect on our website and in the A1 Premium Auto Detailing customer app for iPhone, and how we use it.

Our app

When you use the app, we collect:

• Name, email, and phone number
• Service address
• Visit photos (before and after, taken by A1)
• Visit notes
• How you heard about us
• Your account ID
• A push notification device token, so we can send visit updates

We use this only to book and run your details and to send you visit updates.

There is no tracking in the app. We do not sell your data.

If you use Book your neighbor, your contacts stay on your phone. We do not upload them.

Our website

Our booking and contact forms collect what you type in, like your name, phone, email, address, vehicle, and notes. We use it to schedule and run your detail and to reply to you.

Contact form messages are delivered to us by email through Resend.

Online bookings go into our own job system, which syncs to the scheduling tools we use, Cal.com and Google Calendar.

If you arrive from an ad, we keep the ad click details (like a Google or Facebook click ID) in your browser for that visit and attach them to your booking so we know which ads bring in customers.

Third parties on our website

The website loads these services:

• Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). Measures our ads. It records page views and taps on our Call and Text buttons.
• Google Ads conversion tag and Google Analytics. Measure our ads and site visits, like taps on Call and Book and finished bookings.
• Vercel Web Analytics. Counts page visits. Vercel also hosts the site.
• Google Fonts. Loads the fonts on the page.
• Stripe. If you pay online on our Pay page, Stripe handles the payment on its own checkout page.

To limit ad tracking, you can block third-party cookies or trackers in your browser, turn off ad personalization in your Google and Facebook ad settings, or use your phone’s ad tracking settings.

We do not sell your information.

Payments

Payments are handled in person or by invoice. We do not collect or store card numbers on our website or in the app. If you choose to pay online, Stripe takes the card on its own page and we never see the full number.

Deleting your information

In the app, go to Profile > Delete account. Or call us at 615-592-4091 or email a1premiumautodetailing615@gmail.com, and we will delete it.

Children

Our website and app are not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page with a new effective date.
