Before we start, we take photos and point out chips, scratches, dents, curb rash, and wear that are already there. We're not responsible for existing damage, loose trim, failing clear coat, or aftermarket parts.
Pet hair, sand, mold, or heavy stains take extra time. Pet hair removal starts at $50, and if the car needs more than the package covers, you get the price before we do it.
Stains and odors: some won't come out all the way, and we'll tell you up front.
Weather: if rain or unsafe weather hits, we move you to the next open time at no charge.
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead by calling 615-592-4091. No deposit is required.
Payment is due when the work is finished.
